  2. The waiver covers the $10 transcript cost, but additional services like tracking and express mail are not covered.
  3. To use tracking or express service, you must provide the appropriate pre-paid envelope or paperwork to the Office of the Registrar in advance.
  4. You need to be confirmed as a student, dependent, or spouse meeting the criteria by the FIU Veteran and Military Affairs Office (VMA).
